One in every five people in Norway are considered digitally vulnerable. Although we know from our analogue experience that exclusion comes at a tremendous social and economic cost, we are making the same mistake in the digital universe. But, there’s still time to change direction. It demands cooperation, true focus on user needs, politically enabling new ways of working and understanding of the gains we get when we include more. EGGS has been part of creating ethical guidelines for digitalisation, presented to the Norwegian Minister of Digitalisation at Arendalsuka 2024.
