Getting the basics right is fundamental for digital inclusion - Universal design, WCAG and a solid HTML structure make up an indispensable foundation. But, it’s not enough. It’s entirely possible, common even, to build individual products and services that are, in and of themselves, accessible. However, in reality, we don’t live our lives inside products – life happens in between them. And it’s in this space, in the transition between different products or services that we often encounter exclusion.
