The presentation is in Norwegian. For several years in a row Oslo Airport (OSL) has been named the most efficient and punctual airport in Europe. In the strategy period up to 2017, the vision is to become the best European airport.

To reach this goal, OSL must become even better at understanding and meeting passenger expectations. In this presentation you will get insight into how OSL is going to achieve this vision.
