DOGA Design Award 2019
What a pleasure to celebrate this achievement! Together with our client Kolumbus, the company that operates public transport services in Rogaland and Kulturkompaniet we've won the DOGA Award. EGGS helped service design the culture training program KULtur to help prepare the bus drivers for an increased demand for a high-quality public transport service.
In preparation for the increased numbers of public transport passengers due to the new toll road scheme in Rogaland in 2018Kolumbus, with Norgesbuss, set out to strengthen its culture via better employee cooperation and training. The goal: to ensure a positive passenger experience.
We've completed the training programs in fun team-work with our friends in Kulturkompaniet.

KULtur (‘a cool journey’) appears to be a good and elaborate process that has involved both the management and the bus drivers in Kolumbus. We are impressed by the thoroughness and ability to execute the method on the terms of the participants.
It is the process that is the actual "product", and in this way, the product is innovative in addition to having produced measurable results.
This culture building course is an excellent example of how design methodology can contribute to both material and intangible value creation. We can only congratulate Kolumbus and EGGS on a fantastic job.
