We are seeking someone with passion, who knows how to create delightful digital experiences, and who loves to use their UX and UI skills to drive innovation together with clients. You have a holistic mindset with a flair for complex challenges, and the capacity to be both user and customer-centric. We would love to see you be part of our creative environment with well over 100 other creatives spread over our five offices.
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate, we believe that you:

Have the flair and know-how to chisel out pixel-perfect interfaces
Are able to convey your design work in a well-articulated manner
Have an empathetic mindset towards colleagues and clients
Are a great team player and have good self-management skills
ideally, also have a special design-related superpower, something that fuels and motivates yourself, as well as inspires others. Examples of this could be working with design systems, typography, animation, or gamification
We will consider English-speaking applicants, although Norwegian fluency will give you an advantage
